We appreciate the opportunity to provide you with excellence in dental care. Our new joint Endodontics, Periodontics/Implants office places emphasis on your comfort in its design, while providing the latest methods and technology in professional dental care.

We are continuously striving to better serve our patients. Our perspective on patient care does not stop at the clinical skills and high-tech equipments, but it also includes the effect of the surrounding environment in reducing stress. Oftentimes, referring to a specialist can be uncomfortable to the patients. Our office is designed so that it does not look or feel like a dental office and our complimentary "Aqua-Massage" bed is just one example of what we offer.

The Aqua- Massage is an advanced way of increasing circulation and relieving muscular pain and tension, which results in stress reduction. It has been utilized in many physician and chiropractic offices nationwide, and it is the first to be offered in a dental office.

Appointments
We ask that you arrive 10 minutes early in order to complete and review the necessary forms. We understand the value of your time so we try our best to be prompt with our scheduled appointments. However, emergencies may cause an unexpected delay. We appreciate your patience and understanding. If you are going to be delayed or miss your appointment, please call us as soon as possible. Forty-eight hours notice for an appointment cancellation allows us to better serve our entire practice, including you.

We are a preferred provider for almost all insurances and discount plans. The following is a list of a few insurances we work with. If you do not see your insurance company on this list please give us a call and we can let you know if we are a preferred provider.

Financial Policy
Payments, co-payments and co-insurances are due at the time of service. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, insurance assignment and the following credit cards:
For extensive treatments, payment plans may be arranged with the financial coordinator. Patients may review a treatment authorization form and financial agreement before treatment is initiated.

Emergency Care
Should you have an unexpected dental concern, or in case of an after-hours emergency, please contact our office. We provide an after-hours voice mail service and will make every effort to call you back as soon as possible. Please follow the instructions for the after hours emergency phone number on the voice mail.

Referrals
To ensure you receive the best care for your special dental needs, we will strive to work in coordination with your referring dentist. With your permission we will forward your dental records, x-rays, and any pertinent information about your dental health.
  • Please call 425-644-7444 for your first appointment.
  • If you have recent x-rays of the teeth to be treated, please bring them from your dentist's office or email them to info@cascadiadental.com. We will usually need to take an additional x-ray for comparison.
  • Minors must be accompanied by a parent or a guardian at the first appointment.
  • Fees are payable at the time of service.
